1. Booking and Parking Terms and Conditions for AIRPARK

1.1. Contract Formation

When a parking space reservation is made online via the website www.airpark.gr, a direct contract is automatically established between the User and the company AIRPARK, headquartered in Koropi, Attica, Postal Code 194 00, with Tax Registration Number 802667295 and Tax Office KEFODE ATTICA, GEMI Number 180546403000.

Each confirmed reservation, as described in the Booking Confirmation Email, constitutes a contract between the User and AIRPARK. Once the reservation is confirmed, the company commits to providing parking within its Passenger Vehicle Parking Areas for the specified duration and within a specific parking area. The reservation does not guarantee a specific parking spot.

1.2. Parties and Definitions

  • “You/Your”: Refers to any individual considered by AIRPARK to have made a parking reservation.
  • “Parking Duration”: Refers to the time period requested or required by the User for parking, starting from the entry date and time and ending upon exit, as described in the online booking service.
  • “Administrator”: Refers to the company “AIRPARK.”
  • “Booking Confirmation Email”: The email sent by AIRPARK confirming all booking details.
  • “Damage”: Includes injury, property loss, vehicle theft, or any other material or immaterial loss related to parking in AIRPARK areas.
  • “Vehicle”: Refers to any motorized wheeled vehicle parked within AIRPARK areas.
  • “Third Parties”: Includes employees, visitors, or any individual within AIRPARK premises not directly linked to a reservation.
  • “Passenger Vehicle Parking Areas”: Parking zones for short or long durations.
  • “User”: A legal or natural person who books a parking space online or by other means.

1.3. Liability

AIRPARK is only liable for damages occurring within the Passenger Vehicle Parking Areas during vehicle parking, provided the vehicle owner or driver did not cause the damage. Other liability terms are governed by Section 2.2 of these terms.

1.4. Force Majeure

AIRPARK holds no liability for cancellations caused by:

  • War, invasion, revolution, armed conflict.
  • Natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, or storms.
  • Technical transportation issues, airport closures, or similar events beyond AIRPARK’s control.

1.5. Right to Cancel or Provide Alternative Parking

If AIRPARK is unable to provide parking services, it reserves the right to cancel the contract or offer alternative parking. In such cases, AIRPARK will notify Users as early as possible.

1.6. Personal Data

Personal data collected for booking purposes will only be used for processing the User’s request and will not be shared with third parties unless consent is provided.

1.7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between the User and AIRPARK are governed by Greek law. Disputes will be resolved amicably or referred to the Athens Courts if necessary.

1.8. Amendments

AIRPARK reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. The latest version will always be available on the AIRPARK website.

2. Parking Rules

2.1. Usage

  • Parking areas are solely for vehicle parking.
  • Users must ensure their vehicles are securely locked, personal items are stored out of sight, and no persons or animals remain inside.

2.2. Damage and Liability

Users causing damage to other vehicles, third parties, or AIRPARK facilities must:

  1. Notify AIRPARK staff.
  2. Report the incident to the police.
  3. Inform their insurance company.

2.3. Security

Users must drive carefully, adhere to speed limits, and park only within marked spaces.

2.4. Prohibited Activities

  • Vehicle towing within parking areas is forbidden.
  • Repairs, sales, or fueling of vehicles are prohibited.
  • Users must avoid noise pollution and littering.

3. Booking Procedure

3.1. Reservation/Payment

Parking reservations can be made online at www.airpark.gr. Bookings are valid only for the specified dates, times, and prices.

3.2. Cancellations or Changes

Reservations can be modified or canceled at no additional cost. Extensions are treated as new bookings, subject to current rates.

4. Validity of Terms

4.1. Amendments

The company may amend these Terms at any time. Users are required to comply with the current Terms upon entering and using AIRPARK facilities.
